Application Form

This is an Application to become a participant of the Trade Ally Network NW (Network) sponsored by the Bonneville Power Administration (BPA). Information provided on this Application is true and correct to the best of Applicant’s knowledge at the time such statements were made. Said information may be listed on the Network’s website to support the promotion of energy efficient projects in the region. If the Network grants your application to participate in the Network, you will receive an Application Approval Notice via the contact information listed here. As a participant in the Network, you have an ongoing obligation to update the Network of any change to the information that you have provided on this application. Participation requirements are provided below:

Applicant agrees that BPA, the Network, regional utilities, public benefits administrators, and Evergreen Consulting Group, LLC (the “Identified Entities”) are not endorsing Applicant or endorsing or warranting any equipment sold or installation completed by Applicant. Under no circumstances shall the Identified Entities be liable to Applicant or any third party for any direct or indirect losses, costs or damages arising from Applicant’s participation in the Network or related to any equipment or installation of energy efficient lighting or HVAC projects; Applicant specifically indemnifies the Identified Entities from any claims arising from Applicant’s participation in the Network or relating to any of the Applicant’s installations or projects.

Applicant agrees to represent itself as an independent contractor or business and at no time will Applicant represent itself as an agent or representative of any of the Identified Entities.

Applicant understands that this Network participation agreement may be terminated by the Network or BPA for any reason, at any time. Termination is effective upon written notice being delivered to Applicant at the Applicant address or via email.

Requirements the Trade Ally Must Agree To:

1) Maintain all state and locally required licenses and insurance coverage (i.e. Construction Contractors Board (CCB), State license if required by law or regulations, worker’s compensation, general liability (commercial coverage), and automobile liability). Comply with all applicable employment laws.

2) Conduct all business in an ethical and professional manner.

3) Ensure company and employees complete all work in accordance with applicable ordinances, codes, and accepted industry standards, including the Network and BPA’s standards.

4) Ensure company accurately and completely records all jobs and submits required project paperwork to the utility program in accordance with its requirements.

By submitting this Application, the Applicant agrees to comply with the requirements listed on this Network participation agreement and certifies that all information provided in this application is true and correct to the best of their knowledge.
