Trade Ally Network NW COVID-19 Response

April 17, 2020 | Trade Ally Network NW

The coronavirus pandemic has changed how our industry, and the world, is doing business. The health and safety of our field team, trade allies and communities is our top priority. We are hopeful that you and your families, friends and co-workers are taking steps to be healthy and safe. We will get through this difficult time together, and look forward to supporting your energy efficiency projects well into the future.

While the Trade Ally Network NW team is still at work, we have changed how we interact with utility representatives, trade allies and commercial business owners for the near term:

  • Our team is conducting field work, which includes meetings and facility audits, by phone or online meeting only. We pledge to help you keep projects moving forward as best as we can.
  • Our field specialists are available to utilities and trade allies to discuss projects, answer questions, and discuss utility program offerings. Contact your local field specialist for help at any time.
  • Site visits are postponed for the remainder of April 2020.
  • In-person workshops have been replaced with a series of one-hour webinars scheduled through early May. Please visit our training schedule to view and register for our free virtual workshop events.

Please use our website for information on program offerings, upcoming trainings and how to reach utility representatives and our field team. We will continue to monitor the situation and reassess plans as changes evolve. In the meantime, we are here to help you, so please continue to reach out at any time.
